All three of us, Bill, Curt, and James, the founders of Bully Boy, grew up with deep roots in the Chicago area, where Italian beef isn’t just a sandwich, it’s a way of life. But when we moved away, we discovered something missing: that unmistakable Chicago-style Italian beef flavor you can only seem to get back home. No matter where we looked, nothing came close. So, we decided to fix that.

We created Bully Boy to bring the authentic taste of Chicago’s Italian beef to kitchens everywhere. Our gravy bases and soon-to-come meal kits are built on simplicity and reliability, just real ingredients, bold flavor, and a nod to the traditions we grew up with. No gimmicks. No overpricing. Just the good stuff, done right.
