Where We Ship

Bully Boy currently ships within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

We work to get your Bully Boy order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Bully Boy from our door to yours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any applicable offer and its terms will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed. While we'll always do our best to get your order to you quickly, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen between our place and yours.

If your Bully Boy order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at team@bullyboyitalianbeef.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging, if the item arrived damaged

 

We'll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Don't worry about shipping damaged food products back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so.

 

Returns

Because Bully Boy Italian Beef Gravy Base is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened products for food safety and quality reasons. If you change your mind about an order and the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, please contact us at team@bullyboy.com within 14 days of delivery to determine whether your order is eligible for return. Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days after a refund is processed for it to appear in your account. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on our part.

 

Orders Purchased Through Other Retailers

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from BullyBoyItalianBeef.com.

If you purchased Bully Boy through Amazon or another retailer, please contact that retailer and follow its applicable return and refund policies.
